Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's tucked-away location in the back of the establishment offers a quiet stay with disappointing room conditions due to poor housekeeping and a non-functional air conditioning system. However, the service provided, including room servicing, car hire, and housekeeping, is top-notch and the dining experience is superb with a range of fresh options. The hotel's location up the hill provides amazing views and convenience to explore the town, but it seems to be overrun with kids at times.
The hotel is a mixed bag - while the service and location were excellent, the rooms left much to be desired with various faults and a small size. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was outstanding. The room was large and comfortable, with little chocolate treats waiting for me. The pet-friendly approach was a nice touch, even though the wallpaper seemed tired. The cleanliness was impressive, and everything worked perfectly. The service was incredibly attentive, although there were occasional minor slip-ups. The location was ideal for exploring the charming town, with a lovely view of the harbor. The dining experience was delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor issues to note.
